1. We could support customer come to our factory to see mold trials before mold transfer to mark sure the mold operation is without problem. If it is unavailable to have a visiting in China, we could provide video meeting when mold trials and send samples for free to confirm quality.

When mold shipment, we will provide all the mold information to you, such as 2D/3D of the mold, material and spare parts list, steel certificate and heat treatment report, relative inspection report of part and mold when tryout in our company. In this way, we could make sure the mold material is the same as contract and it is helpful for you to tryout the mold in your country effective.

3. We used YUDO hot runner system and Standex Mold Tech partner for texture/graining .

4. We had exported many molds to Europe, USA, India, etc. So we had rich experience on many kinds of injection machine specification and understand the normal mold standard of each country.

5. Guarantee: We could make sure the mold cycle time as quotation sheet indicated, if any mold components need to be remade or re-design after mold shipment, our designer team could help on providing suggestion with our rich mold experience.
