During the anodizing process, accurately controlling the pH value of the dyeing solution is crucial. When the pH value of the solution is maintained between 5-6 or 3-3.5, the adsorption effect of Acid Orange II and Acid Blue Black 10B is optimal, and the absorption of dyes by the oxide film significantly increases. After the two dyes are fully absorbed in the film layer in proportion, a stable and uniform black appearance can be formed, ensuring that the CNC-machined finished product combines quality and aesthetics.
