►Sheet metal bending is one of the important processes in sheet
metal processing and has the following main characteristics:
Bending can process structures of various angles and shapes, and is suitable for the forming of complex parts.
With the help of CNC bending machines and other CNC processing equipment, high-precision Angle control and dimensional repeatability can be achieved.
It can be applied to various materials (such as stainless steel, aluminum plates, cold-rolled plates, etc.) and sheet metal materials of different thicknesses.
Compared with mold forming, bending does not require complex molds
and is suitable for medium and small batch customized production.

►Machining ability
We have a full range of metalworking equipment, including CNC
Machining Centers, 3-axis / 4-axis machining centers, CNC Lathe,
CNC Turning Centers and other high-precision CNC equipment, to meet
the requirements of efficient cutting of complex structural parts.
It is also equipped with auxiliary equipment such as ordinary
lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, tapping
centers, indexers, and CNC punching machines, which can cover the
entire process from rough machining to precision machining. Some
machines are equipped with 8/12 station hydraulic tool turrets,
supporting efficient multi-tool position continuous processing,
which greatly improves production efficiency and dimensional
consistency.
We offer one-stop customized services for sheet metal parts and
other metal and plastic parts, covering laser cutting, bending,
