High-polymer composite material wedge main wear plate is one of the spare parts of railway wagon. It’s installed onto the friction wedge of wagon bogie anti-vibration device. Its function is to increase the slewing damping of the bogie and the car body, so that the car body can run safely and restrain the shaking and serpentine motion of the bogie and the car body

Benefit from composition and manufacturing technique of High-polymer composite material which dedicated for railway freight car wear abrasion plate, friction coefficient of wear eliminator is stable, abrasion loss of noumenon is quite small. The friction plate is less affected by the external environment and temperature, does’t hurt the opposite during operation. It is a safe and reliable wear protector.
