Material selection of rubber handle:

The rubber handle material we selected is general-purpose ABS (English Name: acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), which is characterized by excellent comprehensive physical and mechanical properties, good low-temperature impact resistance, dimensional stability, electrical property, wear resistance, chemical resistance, dyeability, good finished product processing and mechanical processing, and ABS resin is resistant to water, inorganic salt, alkali and acid It is insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, and more easily soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters and some chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Why bristles?

Bristles are more than 5cm bristles growing on the neck and back of pigs. Rigid, tough and elastic, not easy to deform, resistant to humidity, not affected by cold and heat, it is very suitable for the use of molding dust removal in circuit board industry. Its unique hardness makes it become the main raw material of industrial and military brush. How to confrim the brush?

Firstly, please tell us the brand of the routing machine you are using. If it is a rare brand in the market, please provide the outer diameter of the rubber handle.

Secondly, please confirm the length of the bristles.The regular wool length is 7-9mm (0.2756 "- 0.35433"), and some customers prefer to use 5mm(0.1969").
