Specification of the ceramic washer:

Description of high precision alumina ceramic parts:
Aluminum oxide is known as alumina that is the most widely applied
and cost effective technical ceramic material. It offers a
combination of superior wears resistance and corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and electrical properties, high-temperature resistance. The maximum working temperature is up
to 2000 °C under a vacuum atmosphere with relatively high thermal
conductivity. It is also an electrically insulating material with a
high electrical resistivity. The good corrosion resistance makes it
insoluble in water and slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline
solution.
Jinghui produces numerous ceramic parts in different grade alumina
ranges from 95% to 99.8%. All these sintered dense alumina ceramic
parts can be machined / ground by diamond tools when customers ask
for a tight tolerance for precision fitting.
