Aluminum oxide ceramics have an exceptional anti-high temperature,
high thermal conductivity, good conductivity, mechanical strength,
high hardness, and good wear resistance.
It usually takes use of producing a variety of ceramic setters for
furnaces. The max. service temperature can be extended to 1750℃.
Besides, it's easy to get an ideal flatness on the working board
via flat grinding, then will greatly benefit the application.
