1. The machine adjusted by computerized control, easy to operate,running stable at high speed,save manpower.

2. The machine consists of feeding section, gluing&folding unit,shaping section,recification section, automatic steel wire feeding, stitching section,automatic carton rotary section,convey section and enjection&counting section

3. The order change finished just within 1-5mins then make the production ,order can be saved.

4. Feeding unit uses the lead edge belt to feed paper to ensure paper feeding accurately and not skewed. The first pre-creasing wheels use big pressure to press the folding part,the second creasing wheels press out the folding line, and the third slant creasing wheels creasing the folding line when fold at 90 degree. making sure creasing line formed well and not move

5. Stitching head and rectification section adjusted by servo control,stitching pitch and stitching number stable and accurate

6. 20kg wire holder design to reduce the time for wire changing

7. Counting output can freely set the output quantity,with self-checking function, it will stop automatically after failure and display the cause and position of the failure on the touch screen to quickly solve the failure and greatly reduce waste

8. Can glue and stitch 3ply and 5ply cardboard. if 7 ply, need to tell us in advance.

Lead edge feeding section

1 The lead edge belt suction feeding makes paper feeding accurate and stable

2 Use good quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system to make the feeding section controlled separately,very reliable

3 Suiable for cardboard thickness 3-10mm

4 Connect with folding section, speed adjusted by inverter control

5 All the baffle can be adjusted to meet the different cardboard size

Gluing&folding section

1 Main motor speed adjusted by inverter control, low noise and runing table

2 Use the high quality imported belt with high friction,automatic cardboard folding

3 Automatic spray gluing system, easy to operate and save glue

Recification Section

1 Rectify the carton joint fish tail and malpostion after folding

1 Use the advanced stitching head, the stitching speed can reach 1200s/min

2 Stitching head make swing type movement,the cardboard doesnt stop when stitched, improve the running speed

3 Retification and stitching adjusted by servo control, very stable and accurate

Ejector and counting section

1 The finished stitching or gluing carton will drop to stack via the slant convey belt

2 When reach the setup stacking height, the cartons will put out piece by piece from the bottom .

3 The push plate will push the cartons out when the cartons reach the setup number
