Equipment introduction:
1. Air supply refrigeration system of air cooler:
First start the blower to circulate the air. After the air is cooled by the air cooler refrigeration system, the flowing air is cooled down rapidly after passing through the evaporator, and then output by the fan, which directly affects the product or space. The outlet air temperature can be automatically adjusted according to requirements, which can be used for a long time, saving energy and no pollution. Therefore, the air cooler is a standard environmental protection and energy saving equipment.
2. The refrigerant circulation system of the air cooler:
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat from the air and begins to evaporate. There is a temperature difference between the refrigerant and the air. The liquid refrigerant is also completely vaporized into a gaseous state, which is then sucked into a compressor for compression (increasing pressure and temperature) . The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat (air/water) through the condenser, condenses into a liquid, throttles through a thermal expansion valve (or capillary) , and the cryogenic and low pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle.
3. the electrical automatic control system of the air cooler:

Including power supply part and automatic control part. The power supply part supplies power to the compressor, cooling fan, blower, etc. through the contactor. The automatic control part includes constant temperature, pressure protection, time delay, relay, overload protection, etc., and realizes the functions of automatic start, stop and protection according to the air temperature.

Double flanges are used for pipe holes. Copper Pipe through mechanical expansion and fin close contact, heat transfer effect, air resistance is small, easy to clean. Using high quality condensing fan, large air volume, low noise, remarkable effect. In addition, air-cooled condensers are easy to use and do not require additional cooling towers;

3. Air-cooled industrial air coolers are constructed with combined sheet metal structure for easy maintenance and internal cleaning. According to the direction of the Condenser Fan, scientifically perforate the sheet metal plate to dissipate heat.
