Cold rolled and hot rolled steel are commonly used materials in the metal stamping process. The process involves placing blanked or coiled cold or hot rolled steel plates in a punch press. Then the punching tool (or die) that has been formed into the shape of the part is pressed into and through the material to form a mesh part.

ways, such as:
Steel Blanking: A manufacturing process in which punches and dies are used to cut parts (called blanks) from sheet metal for further processing. The billet blanking produces the least burrs, which helps reduce finishing costs and delivery time.
Perforation: Use machinery similar to blanking, including the use
of punches and dies to create holes, grooves and notches in the
sheet metal. It has strict tolerances, the cutting effect is
cleaner than drilling, and the productivity is higher than laser
cutting.
Steel forming: It includes different processes in which force is
applied to the sheet metal to change its geometry. The steel
forming process produces thin and flat parts that can be formed
into complex shapes.
Stretching: The process of using tensile force to stretch or
stretch a metal sheet blank on a mold until the desired thickness
and shape are obtained. This precise metal stamping process can be
used to create fluid handling, aircraft parts, electronic parts,
etc.

Questions: How to know the chemical composition of stainless steel
deep drawing parts according to our requirements?
Answers: When we offer samples or batch parts, we will also send you our
material list from our material factory, it shows more detailed.
Questions: How to guarantee your final size can meet our drawing
request?
Answers: we will make moulds according to your 3D drawing. And we also do
sampling when batch production start, to make assure the final
dimension can meet your request.
Questions: How to make sure the color after painting or powder
coating can be correct?
Answers: We have color card with different color number, such as RAL9016,
we will contrast the sample surface and color card, to make sure
the final surface effect is correct.
Questions: Generally, how do you packing the goods?
Answers: normally, for inner package: the goods is nude, for outer package:
carton + plywood. If you have special request for inner or outer
package, pls indicate it when you send us new inquiry.
Questions: If we find the defect products exist in the batch parts,
how to do?
Answers: Yes,your caution is very good, in fact, when batch production, we
need do sampling. Before shipment, we also do testing to make sure
the quality is ok. If you found several defect product exists, pls
take photos and send your quality feedback, we will check and send
you quality products. But pls be assured that our products is
qualified, unless caused by the worker's mistake to place.
