Product Introduction
Stable Clay Fire Clay Brick Refractory with Sintered for hot blast stove/HBS are made of super-grade bauxite clinker as the main raw material, supplemented by special additives. After high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing, they have the advantages of large heat storage capacity and low creep rate. Stable Clay Fire Clay Brick Refractory with Sintered for hot blast stove/HBS is suitable for supporting hot blast furnaces of large, medium and small blast furnaces, mainly used in heat storage middle and lower walls, lower checker bricks, supporting strings and other parts.
With special-grade coke gemstone, mullite, andalusite as the main raw materials, using three-level ingredients and mixing and fine grinding, high-quality hot-blast stove bricks can be produced. The measured physical and chemical properties of the Stable Clay Fire Clay Brick Refractory with Sintered for hot blast stove/HBS all meet the requirements of Panzhihua Iron and Steel. Stable Clay Fire Clay Brick Refractory with Sintered for hot blast stove/HBS are classified according to their uses. They are mainly divided into clay refractory bricks for blast furnaces, clay refractory bricks for hot blast stoves, and large clay refractory bricks for glass kilns.
Clay refractory bricks for blast furnace
Stable Clay Fire Clay Brick Refractory with Sintered for hot blast
stove/HBS are clay bricks made of refractory clay for the lining of blast
furnaces. Clay refractory bricks for blast furnaces are used in the
throat, shaft, hearth, bottom of the small blast furnace lining and
the furnace shaft of the large blast furnace.
Stable Clay Fire Clay Brick Refractory with Sintered for hot blast
stove/HBS for blast furnaces require high refractory strength at room
temperature and can resist long-term operation wear of the charge;
small volume shrinkage under long-term operation at high
temperatures is conducive to maintaining the integrity of the
furnace lining; low apparent porosity and Fe:O. The low content can
reduce carbon deposition in the pores and avoid the expansion and
loosening of refractory bricks during use; the formation of low
melting point substances is small. Clay refractory bricks for blast
furnace have better performance than ordinary clay bricks.
Clay refractory bricks for hot blast stove
Clay bricks for hot blast stoves are made of refractory clay and
used to build clay bricks for blast furnaces. Clay bricks for hot
blast stoves are used in hot blast stoves, regenerators and
partition walls. Clay bricks for hot blast stoves require good
thermal shock resistance, high load softening temperature and low
creep.
China Metallurgical Standards (YB/T 5107-1993) classifies clay
refractory bricks for hot blast stoves into three grades: RN-42,
RN-40 and RN-36 according to physical and chemical indicators. The
physical and chemical indicators and allowable deviation of
dimensions are as follows:
(1) When the spall width is not more than 0.25mm, the length is not
limited;
(2) When the spall width is 0.26~0.50mm, the length is not more
than 30mm;
(3) When the spall width is greater than 0.50mm, it is unqualified.
Large clay refractory bricks for glass kiln
Large-scale clay refractory bricks for glass kilns are clay
refractory bricks with a unit weight of not less than 50kg for
masonry glass kilns. China Metallurgical Standard (YB/T 5108-1993)
stipulates the physical and chemical indexes, allowable size
deviation and appearance of large clay refractory bricks for glass
kilns.
This standard also makes the following provisions for the section
cracking of bricks:
(1) The cross-section of the brick is cracked:
1) Bricks with length ≤ 400mm: when the spall width is 0.26~0.50mm,
the length is not more than 40mm; the spall width is 0.51
When ~lmm, the length is not more than 25mm.
2) Bricks with a length> 400mm: when the spall width is 0.26,
when 0.50mm, the length is not. More than 80mm; when the spall
width is 0.51~1mm, the length is not more than 50mm.
(2) For cracks whose spall width is less than 0.25mm, the length is
not limited.
(3) There shall be no pores or cracks larger than 1mm on the
section.
