High Alumina Light Weight 0.8g Pizza Oven Fire Bricks

Definition:

High Heat Bricks generally refer to refractory bricks with a density less than 1.3 g/cm3. Due to the characteristics of low density, high porosity, small thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation and certain compressive strength, light-weight refractory bricks have been widely used in heat treatment equipment.

High Heat Bricks is also known as high aluminum insulation brick. Lightweight refractory material with alumina content above 48%, mainly composed of mullite and glass phase or corundum. The bulk density is 0.4 to 1.35 g/cm3. The porosity is 66%～73%, and the compressive strength is 1～8MPa. Good thermal shock resistance.

1. It has advantages with small bulk density, high cold crushing strength, and high refractoriness under load, small dimension tolerance and good thermal shock resistance.
2. It has the lowest and most stable thermal conductivity in various insulating refractory bricks.

Application:

High Heat Bricks​​​​​​ ​​​​​ ,also know as high alumina insulation brick. The lining and the heat insulation layer of the kiln ,and the part of the erosion of the material without strong high temperature meiting .The surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350℃.
High qulity high alumina bricks can be used in direct contact with the flame of the furnace lining ,but should not be used directly by slay erosion occasions.
