This roller is an ideal device for belt conveyor head to prevent belt deviation. In the process of transport, the belt bears the huge impact force from the material. This product is aimed to improve the disadvantage of the former rubber ring type buff roller, which is the rubber ring can be easily deformed, fall off, has weak damage and short lifecycle. The new roller is hot casted with thickened rubber double helix concave- convex helical. This not only enhanced the roller's damage resistance, but also makes the belt produce a strong centripetal force at the contact point with the material. This centripetal force can effectively suppress and adjust the deviating tendency of the belt at the starting point, and at the same time to extend its lifecycle by 3-5 times.
