Application of Gigabit Fiber Switch
Warranty
- 1 year for commercial products and 3 years for industrial products. Technical support will be offered free.
- The customer is responsible for delivering the defective product to the designated RMA Address for repair or replacement.
- Olycom will repair or replace a product that was found to be defective by Olycom during the warranty period at its discretion.
- The sole responsibility of Olycom under this warranty shall be limited to repair of this product, or replacement thereof, at the sole discretion of Olycom.
- All RMA items shipped to Olycom must be freight prepaid.
- The repaired products would be returned within 1 month after receiving the return materials. Freight charge should be paid by the sender.
- Any RMA items shipped to Olycom which are out of warranty will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances.
