Zinc-nickel alloy is a kind of anti-corrosion coating with excellent corrosion resistance. The zinc-nickel alloy layer containing 13% nickel is 6-10 times higher than zinc, superior to cadmium and cadmium titanium alloys. At the same time has good mechanical properties, after plating does not change the mechanical properties of steel. Excellent brazing property, easy to weld under various conditions. The internal stress of the coating is small, comparable to that of cadmium coating in torsion - tension test. Bath dispersing ability, good covering ability, high current efficiency, bright and smooth coating.

The feature of surface:
