Metallurgy Insulation Layer

Bluewind TRI series aluminum silicate plate, can resist max 1,200 Celsius degree firing, and the thermal conductivity below 0.3 W/m.K. Which in steel melting industry, it has been applied in the liquid ladle and tundish as the insulation layer, for the properties of high temperature resistant and thermal insulation.
Thickness: Commonly applying 10/15/18/32 mm plate as the transition layer or insulation layer.
Performance: Can keep the outside temperature as designed.
Service Life: Expected to serve for 10 months or longer ( the refractory layer requires refurbished regularly)
Shapes: Rectangle or trapezoid
Installation: Past to the inside wall of ladle with refractory clay; then install the permanent layer, and last refractory layer
