Heat cell

Heat cell is the heart part of the condensing boiler, it determines the service life of the condensing boiler.
Vermiculite boards with 1200 C can resistant the extremely environment which fast drying and water soaking; has better performance than the traditional ceramic fiber boards.

Condensing boiler

Condensing boilers ideal service life is about 12-15 years, while the heart part heat cells determines whether it can or can not to reach the ideal life. With high quality vermiculite boards, it can reduce the times of heat cells replacement and bring the user less troubles.
Vermiculite boards applies 0.3-1 mm expanded silver vermiculite as the raw material, with inorganic mixture bonding and high pressure pressing, after hours drying that made the good strength and fireproof insulation boards.
For serving under severe conditions, vermiculite boards have excellent mechanical strength, good resistance to thermal spalling, and are highly resistant to chemical attack by vilatile alkaies and some slag.
