Custom 3d printing OEM resin products and plating
3D printing is the process of turning a digital model into a
tangible, solid three-dimensional object, usually by laying down
many
successive thin layers of material. The reason 3D printing has
caught on so quickly is because it has made manufacturing
accessible
to more people than ever before. Layers of material are used to
create 3D parts, and the subtractive manufacturing process cuts out
the final design from larger pieces of material.
The advantage of 3D Printing services:
- 100% visual inspection for each part
- Parts as fast as 12 hours
- ISO 9001:2015 | AS9100D | ITAR Registered
What is electroplating and how does it work on 3D-printed resin
parts?
Electroplating is usually applied on other metals. The reason is
that the underlying material should be conductive. All (non-ESD)
resins
are not conductive and the process would not work. During the years
this was solved by pre-coating a non-conductive surface to produce
a thin conductive interface. This makes it possible to plate a
variety of metals on the substrates. Mostly used plating metals are
copper
and nickel alloys.
Features of 3D printing
SLA process in 3D printing is a good choice for rapid prototyping
and small batch production, because high precision parts with smooth
surface are required in these production. SLA has a range of
different materials,including ordinary photosensitive resin,high
toughness photosensitive resin,high temperature resistant
photosensitive resin and translucent /fully transparent
photosensitive resin.
|
SLS process in 3D printing is a good choice for rapid prototyping
and small batch production because of the excellent performance of
processing materials . SLS components are increasingly used not
only in hand prototype, but also in mass production applications in
many industries . SLS produces parts with high precision and
excellent performance, and can print parts with complex geometry.
|
SLM process in 3D printing is a good choice for manufacturing
complex metal parts . It is almost impossible or costly to manufacture these complex metal parts
through traditional processes . Metal printing is widely used in
automotive, aerospace and medical industries . It is a good choice
for weight reduction applications and dense parts.

PA (Nylon)
|
| |
ABS or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is available through our 3D
printing service. It's an all-purpose material that produces parts
with fine features and smooth surface finishes. | We offer various nylon grades for SLS and MJF 3D printing:
- PA 12 White (PA 650): Economical, with good strength and stiffness.
- PA 11 Black (PA 850): Highest elongation at break among nylon
options. Uniform deep-black color for a clean appearance.
- PA 12 Black: Offers nearly isotropic mechanical properties and is
cost-effective.
- PA 12 Mineral-Filled (PA620-MF): Provides the highest stiffness and
temperature resistance among nylon choices.
- PA 12 40% Glass-Filled (PA614-GS): Ideal for long-term wear
resistance and high stiffness.
- PA 12 40% Glass-Filled Black: An economical option with heat
deflection properties.

Polycarbonate
|
Polypropylene
|
| |
Polycarbonate is a versatile material known for its stiffness and
excellent heat resistance. Our stereolithography (SLA) process
offers various polycarbonate-like materials: - PC-Like Translucent (Accura 60): Offers high stiffness and
customizable transparency through finishing.
- PC-Like Advanced High Temp (Accura 5530): Features a high elastic
modulus and can achieve a heat deflection as high as 482°F.
- Ceramic-Like Advanced High Temp (PerFORM): Known for its extreme
stiffness and can achieve a heat deflection as high as 514°F when
thermally cured
| We offer three distinct polypropylene-inspired 3D printing
materials, each with unique advantages: - Polypropylene Natural: This is authentic polypropylene, renowned
for its exceptional chemical resistance among SLS and MJF
materials. It's tough, durable, and flexible, while also being
exceptionally lightweight.
- PP-Like Translucent White (Somos 9120): This SLA material has a
translucent appearance and is semi-flexible. Compared to typical
injection-molded polypropylene, 9120 boasts similar tensile
strength, tensile modulus, flexural modulus, and impact strength.
- Carbon FPU 50: This Carbon material emulates polypropylene
properties remarkably well. It stands out with its impressive 200%
elongation, making it the most flexible PP-like option available.

What‘s sls 3D printing ?
1. Design Your Prototype: Use 3D modeling software to create a
digital 3D model of your prototype.
2. File Preparation: Save your 3D model in a file format common
formats include STLand OBJ .
3. Pre-Processing:Some 3D printing software or online services
provide pre-processing tools. These tools may include features for
orienting, scaling, and adding support structures to your model.
4. Material Selection: SLS commonly uses powdered nylon, but other
materials like glass-filled nylon,. The material choice depends on
the properties you need in your prototype.
5. SLS Printing:The printer will follow the digital model's
instructions to selectively sinter layers of powdered material,
building up the prototype.
6. Cooling: After each layer is sintered, it's allowed to cool
before the next layer is added. This helps ensure that the layers
fuse correctly and maintain structural integrity.
7. Post-Processing: Once the printing is complete, the prototype
may need to undergo post-processing. This can involve removing
excess powder, cleaning the part, and possibly surface finishing or
treating it depending on your requirements.
Standard and non-standard parts customization.
What we do is 3D printing service, and we can print anything you
want. The material such like resin, nylon, metal, anything we can
do.
We also do in CNC Machine parts Service; CNC Milling, CNC Turning;
Vacuum casting; Injection Modling, Blowing molding, Rubber school
