Quality Service Introduction:
FAQ:
Q1: How can I request a quotation for my components?
A1: To obtain a quotation, please get in touch with us through
TradeManager or Email. Send us your drawings, including 2D and 3D
files (.STEP or .IGE format), along with your detailed
requirements. If you prefer, we are willing to sign a
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you. Our engineering team will
review the drawings and specifications and provide you with a
competitive quotation.
Q2: What is the lead time for tooling and sample fabrication?
A2: The lead time for tooling fabrication and samples depends on
the specific requirements of your parts. Typically, it takes around
40 to 45 days for tooling fabrication and sample production.
However, if tooling is not required, the lead time for samples is
normally 15 days.
Q3: Can I obtain prototypes for testing before proceeding with
tooling?
A3: Yes, our factory has a dedicated team that can support the
production of prototypes using machining processes. We can
fabricate prototypes for testing purposes to ensure the design
meets your requirements.
Q4: How are samples and production orders shipped?
A4: For sample shipments, we usually utilize reliable courier
services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, either through our cooperative
forwarder or on a freight collect basis. As for production orders,
they can be shipped by sea or air, depending on your preference and
the urgency of delivery.
Q5: How do you ensure the quality of the parts?
A5: Ensuring quality is a priority for us. Our team conducts
inspections on all incoming materials. During the production
process, our QC team performs regular inspections to monitor the
quality of the parts. Before shipping, a final inspection is
conducted, and a comprehensive Quality Inspection Report is
generated and provided to you along with the samples and production
order to verify the quality of the parts.
