I. Material Selection
We carefully select a variety of high-quality metal sheets as raw

- Common Cold-Rolled Steel Sheet (SPCC): It has good processability and is cost-effective. Although it has
no surface protection and is prone to oxidation, after treatments
such as painting and electroplating, it can be widely used in
general structural parts with low requirements for corrosion
resistance.
- Galvanized Steel Sheet (SECC): With cold-rolled steel coil as the base material, after special
processing, it combines the mechanical properties and
processability of cold-rolled steel sheets, and also has excellent
corrosion resistance and a beautiful decorative appearance. It is
an ideal choice for products such as computer cases and household
appliance casings.
- Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet (SGCC): The semi-finished product is immersed in a molten zinc bath to
apply a zinc coating. The material is relatively hard with a thick
zinc layer. Although its ductility and weldability are slightly
inferior, it performs exceptionally well in scenarios with
extremely high requirements for corrosion resistance and no need
for complex deep drawing designs.
- Stainless Steel (SUS301, SUS304): SUS301 has a relatively low chromium content. After cold working,
it has good tensile strength and hardness, as well as excellent
elasticity, and is often used for shrapnel springs and EMI
shielding components. SUS304 contains nickel, endowing it with
excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and outstanding
mechanical properties. It has no heat treatment hardening
phenomenon and is widely used in products with strict requirements
for material performance.
