The dispenser pump mould / lotion pump mould dispenser for lotion pump, dispensing pump, dispenser pump, sprayers. One dispensing pump including 10 different parts, every part need a injection mould, the parts from our mould matching very well.

Dispensing pump injection mould is designed with 3D computer drawing and therefore the product yield rate is enhanced.

The dispensing pump injection mould is made of high grade steels from Japan and imported P20 and 2316, H13 etc.

The dispensing pump injection mould is designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology and slide type independent self-locking, hence the concentricity of the product is guaranteed.

The dispensing pump injection mould adopts advanced and reasonable design, each cavity having independent temperature control & heating system, which boasts an even heating temperature and keeps product with reliable and stable quality.

The dispensing pump injection mould has independent condensation system in each mould cavity and mould core. Mould cavity is replaceable, so that the label on top of cap can be changed.

Bottle cap material :

1, the product material is PP, the material is high crystal, good wear resistance, sudden elongation and fatigue resistance.

2, the product is divided into the main body, clamshell, can be opened and closed several times. In order to prevent shampoo spillover, the main body mouth has a ring rib as shown in B. The hole fit is precise, and the diameter of the clamshell column is 0.10mm larger than that of the main body to achieve interference fit.

6, the edge of the mouth of the product has a ring of 1.5mm wide decorative grain. The wall thickness of the product should be uniform and not deformed.
