The Automatic Bottle Unscrambler comprises a bottle elevator, round plate, bottle rejector, bottle-arranging mechanism, and electrical cabinet. Disordered bottles are fed into the bottle elevator, then pass through the round plate, conveying belts, and bottle arranging components, ultimately aligning on the belts. This machine is characterized by its compact structure, simple operational principle, mature technique, and stable movement.

Capable of unscrambling round, rectangular, square, and oval PET, HDPE, PP, PS, and PVC plastic bottles, with or without handles, as well as spiral wound fiber containers.

9. Coordination sensor halts bottle unscrambling in case of a jam elsewhere in the filling line, resuming operation once the jam is resolved. Ensures seamless integration with other sections of the filling line.
