Description:
Our KM-2312 indicating snap micrometer has a retractable anvil with
an indicator for precision measurement of pitch diameter
of precision screws and parallelism measurements, the design of the
support rod makes the micrometer more stable during use
and reduces the difficulty of operation. The measuring range
includes 0-25mm up to 75-100m, with graduation 0.001mm.
This micrometer is manufactured critically under ISO 9001 standards
and inspected with measuring equipments,
which have been calibrated and are traceable to the
national(international) standards.

Precaution:
1. Before using indicating snap micrometer, the zero position
should be adjusted with a gauge block according to the size
of the workpiece to be measured.
2. When measuring, apply measuring rod face gently touch the
workpiece, and do not get hard stuck, in case measuring surface
is worn out which will effect the accuracy.
3. When measuring the diameter of the workpiece, the workpiece
should be rotated along the processing direction of the workpiece,
and the turning point reading of the pointer should be the correct
measurement value.
4. Clean and maintain the micrometer regularly to ensure that it is
in good working status.
