Product Description

Capable of realizing complex shapes: Injection molding can almost manufacture products of any complex shape. Whether it is a product with an internal structure, undercuts, side holes, or a product with special structures such as thin walls and stiffeners, it can be realized through injection molding. For example, the casings of some high-end electronic products have complex heat dissipation holes, card slots, and internal support structures. These complex shapes can be completed by reasonably designing molds and using the injection molding process.

High design flexibility: The design of injection molded products can be flexibly adjusted according to different needs. Parameters such as product shape, size, color, and material can be easily changed. Moreover, if the product needs to be improved or upgraded, modifying the mold is relatively easy.
