4,Feature Advantage:
The technology uses the energy released when a laser beam shines on
the surface of the steel plate to melt and evaporate the stainless
steel. The laser source is generally a carbon dioxide laser beam
with a working power of 500 to 2500 watts. This level of power is
lower than that required by many household electric heaters, but
the laser beam is concentrated in a small area through lenses and
mirrors. The high concentration of energy enables rapid local
heating to vaporize the stainless steel. In addition, because the
energy is very concentrated, only a small amount of heat is
transmitted to the rest of the steel, resulting in little or no
deformation. Using lasers, complex shapes of billets can be cut
very accurately, and the cut billets do not need to be further
processed.
Not affected by the hardness of the material to be cut: the laser
can process steel plates, stainless steel, aluminum alloy plates,
cemented carbide, etc., no matter what kind of hardness, you can
cut without deformation.
Save materials: Using computer programming, you can cut the whole
sheet material of different shapes of products to maximize the
utilization rate of materials.
