The Motor Housing is very important to the motor, which can protect the motor from all kinds of damage and pollution. It can be manufactured by CNC engraving, Sand Casting, transparent acrylic(PMMA/PC) 3D Printing.
3, high dynamic stiffness due to the "direct drive", to avoid
starting, shifting and reversing due to the elastic deformation of
the intermediate Transmission link, friction and wear and reverse clearance caused by the
movement lag phenomenon, but also improve its transmission
stiffness.
4, fast speed, short acceleration and deceleration process
Since the linear motor was originally mainly used for maglev trains
(up to 500km/h), it is of course no problem to meet the maximum
feed speed of ultra-high-speed cutting (up to 60 ~ 100M/min or
higher) when used in machine feed drive. Also due to the high-speed
response of the above "zero transmission", the acceleration and
deceleration process is greatly shortened. In order to achieve
instant high-speed when starting, high-speed operation can be
stopped instantly. High acceleration can be obtained, generally up
to 2 ~ 10g(g=9.8m/s2), while the maximum acceleration of ball screw
transmission is generally only 0.1 ~ 0.5g.
5, the stroke length is not limited on the guide rail through the
series linear motor, you can extend its stroke length indefinitely.
6, quiet movement, low noise. Since the mechanical friction of the
transmission screw and other components is eliminated, and the
guide rail can be used as a rolling guide rail or magnetic pad
suspended guide rail (no mechanical contact), the noise during
movement will be greatly reduced.
7. High efficiency. Because there is no intermediate transmission
link, the energy loss during mechanical friction is eliminated, and
the transmission efficiency is greatly improved.
