Overview
The American standard stop valve produced by our company is
designed and manufactured in full accordance with American
standards, with beautiful and advanced structure. The valve opening
and closing parts are valve dances, the flow direction is low in
and high out, the stop valve is fully opened and fully closed by
the valve stem to operate the valve, and the conical valve dance
can play a good throttling role, but cannot play a regulating role.
It is mainly used to cut off or connect pipeline media in pipelines
under various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical,
pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries. The driving
methods include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic,
etc.

Types of Stop Valves
Direct current stop valve
In direct current or Y-shaped stop valves, the flow channel of the
valve body is in an oblique line with the main flow channel, so
that the degree of disruption of the flow state is less than that
of a conventional stop valve, and the pressure loss through the
valve is correspondingly smaller.
Angle stop valve
In an angle stop valve, the fluid only needs to change direction
once, so that the pressure drop through this valve is smaller than
that of a stop valve of conventional structure.
Plunger stop valve
In this valve, the valve disc and valve seat are usually designed
based on the plunger principle. The valve disc is polished into a
plunger and connected to the valve stem. The seal is achieved by
two elastic sealing rings on the plunger. The two elastic sealing
rings are separated by a collar, and the sealing ring around the
plunger is pressed firmly by the load applied to the valve cover by
the valve cover nut. The elastic sealing ring can be replaced and
can be made of various materials. The valve is mainly used for
opening or closing, but with a special form of plunger or special
collar, it can also be used to adjust the flow.
