3. Production Process
- Hydraulic Decoiler → Power Rolls → Leveler → 4. Roll Former →
Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table
- The production begins with a 7.5T hydraulic decoiler, followed by
power rolls that ensure smooth feeding into the inline leveler. The
steel is then flattened and passes through a 7-station roll former,
where it is shaped. After forming, the panel is cut using a
hydraulic cutter, and finally, it is discharged onto out tables for
further handling.
