① The compact structure is ideal for short strokes and heavy loads.
② Load is distributed over more surfaces to reduce contact stress.
③ Grease is distributed more quickly and evenly.
④ Ensures long-term motion rigidity and accuracy.
⑤ The multi-tooth guide’s oil storage structure extends the service life.
2. The THN-C grippers are equipped with a variety of sensor and pneumatic interfaces.
Gripping force maintenance-AS/IS
①The THN-C grippers can be fitted with gripping force maintenance, available as THN-C-AS/IS (AS: closing maintenance, IS: opening maintenance).
②The spring serves as the holding accumulator, ensuring a minimum clamping force in the event of a pressure drop.
Dust-tight version
The THN-C grippers are available with a dust-tight version, expanded to THN-C-SD, with an IP64 rating.
High-temperature version
The THN-C grippers can be configured with a high-temperature version, expanded to THN-C-HT, with the temperature tolerance range increased from 5/90°C in the basic version to 5/130°C.
