If the subject matter is damaged and parts need to be replaced due to party A's factory reasons or improper operation, Party B shall only charge the cost of the replacement parts during maintenance and provide lifelong service.

3. After receiving the warranty notice, if the problem cannot be solved by phone or wechat video, the maintenance personnel must arrive at the site for service within 24 hours.
