Wholesale High Precision CNC Machined Stainless Steel Thread Parts Aircrafts Connector
Our CNC Processing Capabilities:
Why Choose Us?
Do you feel helpless when you only need 10 pieces, but your
supplier says that the MOQ needs 1,000? Here, this kind of thing
will not happen, because we have not MOQ request, even if there is
only one.
We are good at various surface treatment methods, such as anodizing, bluing, PVD Coating, electroplating, Brushed, Powder Coating, etc., which can add color to your parts or improve performance.
Ultra-precision is our exclusive weapon, 99% of your suppliers cannot achieve the tolerance accuracy of ±0.001mm (+/-.00005") like ours.
No matter what kind of metal, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, titanium alloy, etc., no matter what kind of plastic, PE, PP, PC, ABS, etc., you can choose freely for your distinctive parts.
By improving production efficiency, reducing defect rates, and purchasing large quantities of raw materials, we can reduce the cost of parts by 30%-58%. Help you save more money.
What Are The Benefits Of H13 Steel?
H13 steel has good toughness combined with excellent weldability
and formability, making it a popular choice for many manufacturers.
It can be easily machined to tight tolerances and has good wear,
tear and fatigue resistance, making it an ideal material for use in
high stress environments. The combination of strength and toughness
makes H13 steel suitable for static applications (constant load)
and dynamic applications (fluctuating load).
Are There Any Disadvantages To Using H13 Steel?
A potential disadvantage could be its susceptibility to hydrogen
embrittlement. Due to the alloy's low chromium content, H13 steel
is prone to cracking in the heat-affected zone, which can make it
difficult to use certain welding processes, including submerged arc
welding (SAW) or gas metal arc welding (GMAW). H13 steel can also
only reach a maximum thickness of 12 mm, as its strength becomes
the limiting factor after this point. Another potential
disadvantage could be that the H13 steel grade does not include a
carbon percentage range, which would allow the end user/welder to
determine if their application requires an H11 or H22 grade alloy
instead of H13.
Is H13 Steel Corrosion Resistant?
H13 is not corrosion resistant, so coating may be required if used
in environments exposed to corrosive elements.
What Is The Difference Between H13 Steel And Other Steel Grades?
The main difference between H13 and other steel grades is its lower
chromium content, which makes it more prone to cracking when
welding. It also has excellent toughness and weldability, making it
a popular choice for many manufacturers. Other steel grades such as
H11, H14 and H19 offer higher strength levels but may not be as
tough or weldable.
If you don't know what material to choose for custom parts, we can help you choose suitable cnc processing materials and help you purchase them.
Can A Cnc Router Cut Steel?
A computer numerically controlled (CNC) router is a computer-controlled cutting machine that typically mounts a handheld router as a spindle for cutting a variety of materials, such as wood, composites, aluminum, steel, plastic, glass, and foam. So, can a CNC router cut steel? Yes, CNC routers can cut steel.
