This mold is a three-plates mold with a mold base of FCI2735
609080. It follows the LKM standard and has a size of L 320mm X W
350mm X H 316mm. The mold features 5 slides and 2 lifters,
contributing to its functionality. The net weight of the mold is
222kg. The required IMM tonnage for this mold is 180T, and it utilizes a
Cold Runner injection/runner type. The mold is designed to provide
a smooth surface and precise details for the molded parts. This is
achieved through a surface finish that includes VDI24 etching and
polishing with 800# sandpaper. These treatments improve the mold
surface glossiness and reduce pits, ensuring that the molded parts
have a smooth surface and do not stick to the mold. |
