Description of Manual Tongs:
The type B manual tongs are designed and manufactured in accordance with the API Spec 7K and the National Standard for the Petroleum Gas Industry SY/T 5035 which is a useful tool applied to make up and break out drill pipes ,coupling hoop of the drill pipe, joint, casings, casing hoops etc. When raise drill tool up and fall it down. Changing the latch lug jaws and handling shoulders can adjust the handing size of the tongs. According to the different handing size torque’s tongs can be ascertain.
Tong body is connected with joint pin on the boom and hangs over the well rigs through the balance head and adjustable square head screw.
