Product Introduction
The LDM2050 and LDM2030 are new dual-axis diameter gauges developed
by Mercury-tech Company. They have been improved in appearance,
reduced in size and weight, and enhanced in measurement stability
and environmental adaptability compared to the old LDM50XY and
LDM25XY. The products are robust and durable, and easy to maintain.
They are high-precision non-contact online measurement devices
based on laser scanning principle, capable of simultaneously
measuring the outer diameter in two directions (X-axis and Y-axis).
They are suitable for measuring and controlling the outer diameter
of metal wire materials, glass tubes, rubber hoses, wires and
cables, etc. By measuring in both directions simultaneously and
displaying the average value, they overcome the drawback of
single-direction diameter gauges that cannot measure non-circular
objects. They can simultaneously display the outer diameter and
non-circularity of wires and tubes.

operator's console for viewing and setting various parameters. It
can display measurement data in real time and can also add data
storage and analysis functions, facilitating quality control.
5. Easy integration: Supports multiple data output methods and can
be integrated with other automated equipment or production lines to
achieve fully automated measurement and control.
6. Signal Feedback: The PID analog control signal function measures
the outer diameter and adjusts the screw speed of the extruder or
the speed of the traction machine to achieve the purpose of
automatic control of the outer diameter.
