4. Processing methods/ technologies: For the automobile mold parts, it is processed by precision grinders and electrical discharge machines.

5. Processing equipments: Milling , Grinding, Wire cutting, EDM, etc.

6. Application: It's assembled on a car mold as a components.

7. Surface treatment: For this mold part, its surface treatment is polishing. And other surface treatments can be available in our factory, such as: PCD caoting, DLC caoting and mirror polishing, etc.

8. Design software: UG, PRO/E ,CATIA, SOLIDWORK, CAD, PDF, etc.

We have 43 injection molding machines from 50-300 ton . Japan Fanuc, Taiwan YiZhan and China HongRui. We are professional manufacturer for special engineering resin such as PEEK,PAEK, , PPSU , PEI , LCP , PPS , PFA , PUDF , PCTG , PET , PA66 , PCS etc. Material temperature max 430C and mold temperature max 180C.
