1.Description
Aluminum Oxide Ceramic Sheet / Alumina Wear Ceramic Plate is sintered on high temperature of more than 1530℃, with high-purity ultra-fine alumina powder as raw material according to optimized formulation design. They are usually installed uopn the wear areas of some material conveying equipments, coal preparation equipments and so on to be used as the material contact surface to bear the following abrasion and impact.

2.Features
1.High hardness
Its Rockwell hardness HRA80-90, hardness second only to diamond, and the wear-resistant is far more than wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.

4.Corrosion resistance
High alumina ceramics are inorganic oxides with extremely stable molecular structure and no electrochemical corrosion, thus they can resist erosion of acid, alkali, salt solutions and organic Solvents.
5.Stability of heat temperature
Working temperature of high alumina ceramics can be as high as 1600℃.
6.Smooth surface
High alumina ceramics have the properties of smooth and adhesion, the roughness is only 1/6 that of steel pipes thus less flow Resistance.
