1) Processing:

For this mold part, main proceesing technology includes precision grinding and discharging.

3) Surface Treatment:

HSS-- SKH51 was used for this part, it has high red and heat hardness, high abrasion resistance and cutting ability, high impact toughness, fine grain and uniform, high toughness. SKH-51 high speed steel tungsten steel, and is suitable for manufacturing strong cutting wear and impact resistance of various tools, advanced die, die, has toughness and complicated shape tool, milling cutter, drill etc..
