BUNGE folding partition wall is made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials.The folding partition walls panels move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor guides or rails.The folding partition walls panel has a standard thickness of 65 mm ,80 mm and 100 mm,and a width up to 1230 mm.Maximum height can reach 17 meters tall.
The folding partition walls consist of a series of concave/convex profile interlocking flat panels and the fast set retractable top and bottom seals,The folding partition walls provide excellent acoustic insulation property of from STC-32 to 53 in laboratory setting.The folding partition walls high performance per dollar value and the easiest in-field operation makes it very suitable for restaurant,schools,office,religion,hospitals,shopping arcades and many other indoor applications product.

The folding partition wall panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards
and shall be 100mm thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the
appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in
full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner
construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected
material.

Panel Surface Finish : The folding partition walls panel surface will be as per the
clients requirement finished either in Sliwal factory – China or by
others . The popular finish such as :laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.
Rectractable mechanism: The top and bottom rail of each panel shall incorporate an extruded
aluminium box section mechanical seal manually operated by a handle
inserted in the panel stile, turning the handle through 180 degrees
shall simultaneously extend or retract the top and bottom seals
through an steel and spring mechanism which shall firmly hold the
seals in the retracted or extended mode. Single crank type
mechanisms shall activate floor and head seals.
