Carbon Fiber Tube is made of multi-layer prepreg carbon fiber material. Generally, the thickness of each prepreg layer is about 0.13~0.25 mm, which means that pipes with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm are composed of 6-12 separate layers of carbon fiber. The number of layers enables us to change the direction of the fiber layer in the whole thickness and create the products with the highest performance according to customers' requirements. Carbon fiber has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight, so it is widely used in aviation model aircraft, various supports, automation equipment, medical stretchers, sports equipment, and other products.

Pultruded carbon fiber tubes are a specific type of carbon fiber composite material made through the pultrusion process. Pultrusion is a manufacturing method where continuous fibers (such as carbon fibers) are saturated with a polymer resin and then pulled through a heated die to cure and shape the material. This process results in a strong and lightweight composite structure.

The carbon fiber tubes Shanghai Lijin mainly produce is table-rolled and oven thermoset. The tubes can be Full Carbon or Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass composite, depending on the application, weight limit,mechanical

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.
