Enhanced Composites carbon fibre sheets are manufactured using 100% high-strength carbon fibre reinforcement and epoxy, cured under a strictly controlled process to produce the highest standard of a carbon fibre sheet. Enhanced Composites Carbon fibre plates are suitable for fully structural applications whilst also having a class-A (cosmetic), pinhole-free finish on both sides.

Both surfaces of the sheet use a high-quality 1×1 plain carbon fibre, 3k woven carbon fibre fabric with a gloss finish. After the curing process and before cutting or stocking, the sheets are coated in a high-quality protective film on both sides to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

To create a more uniform distribution of strength, all Enhanced Composites sheets are manufactured using layers of 0°/90° and 45°/-45° oriented reinforcement in what is known as quasi-isotropic fibre orientation. Carbon fibre sheets using this layup technique offer improved stiffness across their diagonal axis and significantly improved torsional stiffness.

All panels are made with a high-performance epoxy resin that offers excellent mechanical functions, clarity and improved UV stability, however, we recommend a UV-stable coat to prolong the grade A finish. An elevated post-cure temperature is applied to increase the mechanical strength of the panel, resulting in a higher Tg and enhancing the inter-laminar sheer strength.

The carbon fiber tubes Shanghai Lijin mainly produce is table-rolled and oven thermoset. The tubes can be Full Carbon or Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass composite, depending on the application, weight limit,mechanical

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.

Besides the traditional table-rolled carbon fiber tubes, Shanghai Lijin also offers REAL Filament wound carbon fiber tubes,which are widely used for mechanical strength like auto driving shaft, antennas, even for military

applications. The filament wound carbon tubes are wound at a certain angle like 30 or 45 degree. We invested the new production line from Jun 2013 and this increases Shanghai Lijin’s advantage in the carbon

fiber tube industry. There are just a few real filament wound carbon fiber tube manufacturers in domestic

China and we are one of them.

Shanghai Lijin is having several professional CNC machines for carbon fiber cutting and drilling, with the capacity of cutting 20-50pcs standard full sized plate per day.
