Square Carbon Fiber Tubes are manufactured with high strength, medium modulus unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg, with the majority of the fibers positioned along the length of the tube. The unidirectional layers are wrapped around a mandrel and oriented in a 0/90 degree orientation and cured at high temperatures and pressure.
