Description:
1: the thermocouple's thermoelectric potential is the difference
between the temperature function of the two ends of the
thermocouple, and not the temperature difference between the cold
end and the working end of the thermocouple.
2: the thermoelectric potential generated by thermocouple. When the
material of the thermocouple is homogeneous, it is independent of
the length and diameter of the thermocouple, and only relates to
the temperature difference of the components and the ends of the
thermocouple.
3: when the components of the two thermocouple wires of the
thermocouple are determined, the size of the thermoelectric
potential of the thermocouple is only related to the temperature
difference of the thermocouple. If the temperature of the cold
junction of the thermocouple is kept constant, the thermoelectric
force of the thermocouple is only a single value function of the
working temperature. The conductor or semiconductor A and B of two
different materials are welded together to form a closed loop. When
there is a temperature difference between the two persistent points
1 and 2 of conductor A and B, the electromotive force is generated
between them, so that a size current is formed in the loop, which
is called thermoelectric effect. A thermocouple is used to work
with this effect.
