The SGM431x is a precision programmable shuntvoltage reference that can be used in manyapplications. It is a three-terminal adjustable-outputdevice that can keep stable under all capacitive loads.It requires two external resistors in application to set theoutput voltage is to any value between VREF and 36V.All versions have a maximum operating current of100mA.The SGM431x features low dynamic impedance, lownoise, and low temperature coefficient to ensure astable output voltage over a wide range of operatingtemperatures and currents. These high performancesmake it very suitable for multiple applications, such asprecision audio components and flyback switchingpower supplies.The SGM431 is available in Green SOIC-8, SOT-23,SOT-89-3, SOT-23-5 and SC70-6 packages. TheSGM431B is available in Green SOIC-8, SOT-23,SOT-89-3 and SOT-23-5 packages
