Description:

CE certificated Automatic Encrusting Machine Rheon KN550 encrusting machine uses stainless steel 304 as the body material to guarantee food safety. For the electronic section, It adopts Taiwan brand PLC control panel with touch screen and Taiwan brand frequency converter. For the Motor section, It uses Chinese famous brand motor to guarantee the stability. All the brands can be custom made according to customer's requirements. Each finished machine will be tested and checked by QC department.

Rheon KN550 encrusting machine is available for making over hundreds of food, the maximum speed is up to 100 pieces product per minute. It is our standard model for normal food production. To meet customer's needs for more specific food requirements, we have P170 Double filling encrusting machine to make double filling or double color filld food and P180 Automatic encrusting and aligning machine to do automatic tray aligning without manual intervention.

1. Automatic bar cutting machine
The automatic bar cutting machine is a separate machine controlled by PLC system with screen panel. It is placed right after the P160 Automatic encusting machine conveyor belt. The automatic bar cutting machine adopts teflon coated carbon steel cutting blade which vertically cut the food into pieces, the cutting speed and food length can be adjusted by control panel. The automatic bar cutting machine can make protein bar, fruit bar, filled date bar, round discs, date roll, cookies, etc.


2. Automatic ball roller machine
The automatic ball roller machine is a separate machine controlled by knob of frequency converter, It is also placed right after the P160 Automatic encrusting machine conveyor belt, this ball roller machine consists of stainless steel 304 structure and teflon coated aluminum rolling wheel. The rolling wheel is customized acccording to customer's ball diameter. The automatic ball roller machine can make energy ball, protein ball, cookie dough ball, etc.


3. Automatic maamoul stamping machine
The automatic maamoul and mooncake stamping machine is the essential equipent for making maamoul and mooncake. The customized moulds mounted on the stamping machine allow the machine to make required patterns and sizes.


4. Automatic tray aligning machine
The automatic tray aligning machine is the essential equipment for food production line, it largely saves labor and time by automatically collecting the food into trays uniformly.
