Silicon steel cutting machine UCM400 is a special cutting machine for making C shaped cores and other similar products. The silicon steel cutting machine is mainly used to cut silicon steel to make rectangle open core for transformer. The silicon steel cutting machine can cut the strip with maximum width 400mm or two strips with maximum width 190mm at once. The cut core can be used in oil transformers, dry transformers and traction transformers with high voltage 10 ~ 35kV and capacity 30KVA ~ 3150KVA. The cutter’s blades are made of cemented carbide.The dereeler can expand and extract for putting and fixing the silicon steel roll easily, which is driven hydraulically. With a touch screen, it is very easy to operate the silicon steel cutting machine.
