Core spun polyester sewing thread consists of continuous filament polyester core and soft staple polyester wrap, which delivers high seam strength and excellent performance. It has outstanding sewability and creates a smoother, softer handle to the sewn seam when compared with conventional sewing threads. Its strength is also 15%-20% higher than conventional sewing threads.

The core spun construction delivers a thread with higher strength and better sewing performance than the staple spun thread, allowing for the use of smaller thread sizes. It maximizes seam quality while minimizing sewing problems.
