Technical features:
1. Model structure
The unit is skid-mounted and made of channel steel into a heavy
welded base. The reinforced and widened integral body is adopted.
The body and middle body are designed as split structure. The
compressor is angle type, three rows and three cylinders; Sharing a
crank makes the inertia force and inertia moment balanced, the
piston force is evenly distributed, and the operation is stable.
2. Connection mode
Taper connection is adopted between the crankshaft end of the
compressor and the main wheel, which makes the installation
convenient, the alignment good, and the connection more reliable.
3. Reliable centering and positioning technology
The fuselage and motor of W-type compressor adopt positioning
measures to maintain the accuracy of assembly; The alignment of the
motor and crankshaft will not deteriorate after the compressor
without positioning measures for the fuselage and motor has been
running for a period of time, which will lead to early wear and
failure of relevant parts and components, and then lead to the
reduction of equipment life and other problems.
4. Cylinder liner technology, good maintainability
There are two types of compressor cylinder arrangement, one of
which is to use the current international popular wear-resistant
cast iron cylinder liner technology, with good maintainability and
significant energy saving. The first section of the compressor
cylinder is a double-acting cylinder with high operating
efficiency, especially compared with the ordinary compressor unit,
the compressor has a low speed, and the long-term operation effect
is significant.
5. Composite sealing technology
The reliability and long service life of the high pressure packing
seal are the key technologies of the machine. The high pressure
packing adopts the unique compound sealing technology of the
company, which greatly improves the reliability of the packing
seal.
6. Air cushion valve technology
The inlet and exhaust valves at all levels of the compressor are
air cushion valves manufactured with optimized design and
proprietary technology, with low noise and long service life. The
pressure on the valve plate of the air valve is uniform, so the
movement is stable and the impact force is small. The valve plate
is made of PEEK material, which greatly improves the working
reliability of the air valve; The air valve is designed with large
flow area, small resistance and high suction efficiency, which
ensures that the volume flow value meets the design requirements
and further reduces the power consumption.
7. Water cooler: combined, high-efficiency stainless steel heat
exchange tube structure
The whole machine adopts water cooling mode, and the interstage and
final stage exhaust of compressed gas enter the water cooler for
cooling respectively. The temperature of cooled gas can reach 5 ℃
(or ≤ 40 ℃) higher than the ambient temperature; The cylinder,
packing and oil cooler are cooled by water. The water cooler and
compressor are arranged on the same skid as a whole.
8. Pipeline system
The pipeline system includes gas pipeline components, circulating
water pipeline components, circulating oil pipeline, sewage
pipeline, etc. All pipelines are organically combined around the
host and skid-mounted on the overall base. It includes valves, pipe
fittings and pipelines, which are summarized to the skid side to
facilitate the user's connection and operation.

cooled gas is separated by a cyclone separator.
