2.Delivery time: order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of full payment.

3.The default shipping is air fright via UPS,please contact shipping service provider for details.

4.Any Improper misuse not according to the operating manual under specified condition will waive product’s limited warranty, and iPollo will not be responsible for any damages caused by this.

How about the Warranty?

For all the miners new and used If it is within the warranty period, the original factory of the miners will be responsible for it. If it is out of warranty, we will provide paid maintenance service. Normally after-Sales maintenance service of brand new miners starts from the date of delivery by the manufacture factory within 180 days.

The following conditions will invalidate the warranty

1.The mining machine itself is dismantled, and the components are changed and replaced.

2.Damage caused by lightning strikes, voltage surges, inferior power supplies, etc.

3.Ingress of water, circuit boards and components are affected by moisture and corrosion;

4.The circuit board has burnt marks or the chip is burned;

5. overclocking.
