Application: Steel cord hose used for placement of concrete at construction sites; it is used at the end of the pumps to distribute the concrete, transport concrete and piling. The hose resists suctioning during the cleaning process.

Temperature range: -40°C (-40°F) to +85°C (+185°F)

Tube: black, smooth, rubber compound, withstands the abrasive action of the concrete.

Reinforcement: 4 plies of steel wire cord and super wearable inner rubber.

Cover: black, smooth, (wrapped finish), rubber compound, abrasion and weathering resistant for Southeast Asia’s Climate.

Specifications: abrasion loss of tube rubber compound according to DIN 53516: 10 +/- 1 mm3. Binding force between rubber and flanges: ≧1.5KN/m.
