(2) The voltage you can choose for this motor is DC12V and DC24V
(3) After you select the voltage of the motor, you can choose one
of the following speeds to purchase. The following speeds refer to
the no-load speed of the motor, not the load speed;
5RPM means that the motor rotates 5 times per minute without load.
Optional no-load speeds are:
5rpm/10rpm/20rpm/30rpm/50rpm/100rpm/200rpm/300rpm/500rpm/600rpm
Choose one of the speeds, there will be corresponding torque, so we
recommend that you refer to the torque of the motor according to
the load of the project and then select the speed you need.
The speed of the motor is different, and the torque of the motor is
also different. For example, the motor parameter you choose is 12v
5rpm, the torque of the motor is 15KG.CM, If the motor parameter
you choose is 12v 600rpm, and the torque of the motor is 0.3KG.CM.
So the lower the motor speed you choose, the greater the torque of
the motor. Conversely, the higher the speed you choose, the smaller
the torque of the motor.
Some people will have a doubt. If the maximum speed of this motor
is purchased, such as 600rpm, if we use a speed controller to
reduce the speed of the motor from 600rpm to 5rpm, when the motor
is running at 5rpm, can the torque of the motor still reach 15KG?
This is impossible. After you use the speed controller to reduce
the speed of the motor, the torque of the motor will also decrease
with the decrease of the speed. For example, if the speed of the
motor you buy is 600rpm, the torque of the motor is 0.3KG.CM, when
you use the controller to reduce the speed of the motor, the torque
of the motor will be lower than 0.3KG, if the speed of the motor is
reduced by a large extent, the torque of the motor will also be
greatly reduced.
If you buy the lowest speed of this motor, such as 5rpm, the torque
of the motor is 15KG, if you use the speed controller to reduce the
motor speed from 5rpm to 1rpm, the torque of the motor will also be
lower than 15KG.
So you need to consider whether the final torque of the motor can
still reach your project load after the speed of the motor is
reduced by the controller. If not, you need to consider choosing
other lower speeds or other motors.

In fact, the speed regulation function of the controller is to
control the voltage supplied to the motor, so the speed of the
motor can be changed by controlling the voltage. Once the power
supply voltage is low, the speed of the motor will decrease, so the
torque of the motor will also decrease.
(4) The speed of the motor can be adjusted by the speed controller.
Assuming that the parameters of the motor you buy are 12v 5rpm, the
adjustable speed range of the motor is 0rpm to 5rpm, that is, the
speed you choose to buy is the adjustable range Maximum speed.

What is the difference between a brushless DC geared motor and an ordinary DC geared motor?
Both are DC motors. The common feature is that the motor has low
speed and high torque. The speed of the motor can be adjusted by
the controller. The motor can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
The gearbox has a built-in metal gear to extend the life of the
motor.
The differences of brushless geared motors are as follows:
The motor has a overcurrent protection function. When the current
is overloaded, the chip will automatically cut off the power and
the motor will stop working. When you reduce the load of the
project, the motor can be connected to the power supply to continue
working, which can prevent the motor from burning out and the
service life is 6 times that of ordinary geared motors.
The brushless motor is controlled by the frequency conversion
technology, which is more energy-efficient than the carbon brush
motor.
Normally, an ordinary motor has only two wires, the positive pole
and the negative pole of the motor. But the brushless motor has
five wires, and the FG signal line is added to output the Hall
signal, and the speed of the motor can be accurately measured
through the Hall signal output.
Brushless DC geared motors can only use a brushless DC controller
to control the motor, but not a brushed DC controller. We recommend
choosing our company's controller, because not all brushless
controllers are suitable for our brushless motors.
